Answer

How many shirts can a shirt bar print per hour?

A single press at a custom shirt bar comfortably turns out 40 to 60 finished shirts an hour. The real number depends on the design complexity and how smoothly the line flows — which is why we size the press count to your crowd instead of hoping one machine keeps up.

How do you keep the line moving?

We plan around the queue, not just the machine. A clear menu, staged garments, a name step handled off to the side, and enough presses for the headcount all keep the wait short. For 200 guests we usually run two or three presses.

How many presses will my event need?

As a rule of thumb, one press per roughly 60 to 80 guests over a two-to-three-hour window keeps waits comfortable. Tell us the headcount and the hours and we'll spec the right number.

What slows a shirt bar down?

Undersized press counts for the crowd, last-minute art changes, and letting guests design at the press instead of picking from a set menu. We plan all three out ahead of time.
