The core of every booking is the same: a staffed bar where guests design a shirt and we press it live. From there you can widen the menu — more garment types, hats, patches, a second station — depending on the room and the crowd.
Hoodies & heavier garments
Swap in fleece hoodies, crops, or long sleeves for cooler nights and premium giveaways. Same press, same live moment, a garment guests will actually keep in rotation.
Hat & patch station
Add a hat bar alongside the shirts. Guests grab a Richardson 112 trucker or Flexfit and pick a patch we heat-apply on the spot — a great second line that keeps the room moving.
Names, numbers & personalization
Let guests add a name, a date, or a number to their shirt. Perfect for team nights, reunions, and bachelorette weekends where everyone wants their own twist.
Design menu built with you
Before the event we turn your logo, slogan, or party theme into a tidy menu of press-ready options. Guests choose from it on the day — no chaos, no last-minute art scramble.
Full crew & setup
Trained operators, the presses, tables, garment wall, and signage all arrive with us. We load in, run the bar, and tear down so your team never touches a machine.

Our house blank is the Bella+Canvas 3001 — a soft retail-fit tee guests are happy to wear out. For budget-forward runs and heavier feel we stock Gildan, and for hat bars we run Richardson 112 truckers and Flexfit caps. Tell us the audience and we'll load the wall with the right mix of colors and sizes, from youth through 3XL.
