What it costs
Custom shirt bar pricing
We quote a shirt bar as one flat package so you're never doing per-shirt math at the party. The number covers the blanks, the live printing, the crew that runs it, and the setup and teardown around it. What moves the price is how many guests you're covering, how long the bar runs, and how far we travel.
Staffing
$250/hr
per crew hour, incl. setup & teardown
Trained operators to run the presses and keep the line moving. Setup and teardown hours are billed the same way, so an evening event usually books a few hours on either side of doors.
Travel
$900
outside OC, LA & San Diego
Events inside our Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego home turf carry no travel fee. Anything beyond that — Las Vegas, further California, or a flight-in program — adds a flat travel line.
What changes the number
- Headcount. A 75-guest party and a 400-guest festival need different press counts and blank volumes.
- Hours. A two-hour cocktail window prices below an all-day activation with a steady line.
- Garments. Basic tees sit at the low end; hoodies, premium blanks, and hats add cost per piece.
- Stations. Adding a hat-and-patch bar or a second press to kill the line raises crew and gear.
- Travel & load-in. Convention-center rules, parking, and distance all factor in.
